Monthly rates: A security deposit of $250 and a
cleaning fee will be collected at time of check-in.
Cleaning fee is $30 for large and double rooms, $20 for shared room.
Weekly rates: 3 week stay maximum; credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
payment only. Weekly rates are subject to a hotel tax of 10.5%.
