Robert S. Tepper Chancellor and Chief Operating Officer
Robert has over 25 years of experience in starting and operating businesses, and is using that experience to strengthen the infrastructure, organization and programs at SSU. Prior to coming to SSU, Robert was the President of Day Elevator & Lift, a company that sells, installs, services and maintains residential elevators, stairlifts and wheelchair lifts. Before being recruited to Day, Robert was the President of UR Group, a sales rep organization that sold products from a variety of electronic component and test equipment manufacturers to customers throughout California. Prior to UR Group, Robert co-founded, raised money for, and was the first president of eBilities.com, an internet portal for people with disabilities, their caregivers, family and friends. Before founding eBilities.com, Robert held a variety of technical and management positions at AMCC, a semiconductor design company. Joani Taylor
A Texas native, Joani Taylor serves as Site Director of the Las Vegas West Campus. In 2000, Joani began teaching English through Texas A&M University's English Language Institute while pursuing degrees in English and French. She later taught English in France while attending the Universite de Caen Basse-Normandie. Her passion for exploring the world and helping people achieve their language goals ultimately led her to IAE Las Vegas in September 2005. In her free time, Joani enjoys traveling, running, and catching up with her family in Texas.

Interns
Yelmira Vahidova
In Ella's home country of Ukraine, she obtained a Masters Degree in Education and worked as a private tutor as well as a translator and interpreter for marriage agencies. At IAE Las Vegas, Ella markets IAE overseas and offers administrative support and translation services for prospective international students.
As an Administrative Intern for IAE, Mitsue assists with financial reporting, marketing, and provides translation services. A native of Japan, Mitsue lived in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, for three years before arriving in Las Vegas.
In Su Kim is a Marketing Intern for Las Vegas IAE, and his
primary responsibility is to advertise IAE to prospective students in South Korea. He is originally from Busan, South Korea,
where he studied MICE Tourism (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and
Exhibitions). He previously worked for
the government department in Busan where he was responsible for inviting other
countries to his city for conferences.
In Su hopes to one day return to Busan and work as a convention and
meeting planner for the city. In his
spare time, In Su enjoys working out and meeting new people.
