LAS VEGAS STUDENT IAE HOUSING
Las Vegas IAE offers dormitory-style housing for students attending both campuses. There is a non-refundable dorm reservation fee of $150 that must be paid in order to confirm the housing reservation. Space is limited as this student housing is in high demand, so students are encouraged to reserve a room as soon as possible. Rental agreements require a minimum one month stay. Single bedrooms begin at $450 per month and include the following amenities and utilities: high speed internet, kitchen facilities, home furnishings, electricity, water, and waste/trash disposal. Laundry facilitites are not located on-site at most of the properties. Prices vary among dormitories and are subject to change. Studio 819 offers fully furnished private studios (daily, weekly, or monthly) in the heart of San Diego's fashionable Uptown District (Hillcrest). Hillcrest is the "village" in the city... you can find almost anything you want along the tree-lined streets of Hillcrest. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, stores and entertainment. Live closer to Balboa Park, the beaches, and downtown. Studio 819 is also a quick 5 minute drive to IAE Downtown and Fashion Valley with bus transportation available.
